Tubiffy Inc. helps creators customize and export animation templates from the browser. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.
We use information to provide the editor, process exports, deliver files, improve templates, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and respond to questions. We may also use aggregated information to understand how Tubiffy Inc. is used.
If you upload an image or customize a template, that content is used to generate your animation. Please only upload content you have permission to use. We do not sell your uploaded assets or use them to create templates for other customers.

These Terms of Service apply when you use Tubiffy Inc., including our website, editor, templates, exports, and related services. By using Tubiffy Inc., you agree to these terms.
Tubiffy Inc. is designed to help creators customize animation templates and export files for videos, livestreams, social media, and other creative projects. You are responsible for the content you enter, upload, or export.
When you purchase or export a template, you may use the resulting animation in your own content, channels, streams, client work, and promotional materials. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying Tubiffy Inc. templates as standalone products.
You keep ownership of the text, images, names, logos, and other materials you add to Tubiffy Inc. By using the editor, you give us permission to process that content only as needed to preview, render, export, deliver, and support your animations.
Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through Shopify or payment providers. Because exported digital files are delivered quickly, purchases may be final once an export is generated, except where required by law or where we choose to help resolve an issue.
We work to keep Tubiffy Inc. fast and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may update templates, features, pricing, and these terms as the product evolves.
Tubiffy Inc. is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
